MUST NOT USE ALCOHOL OR ACETONE ON ROMILU FRAMES-Clean with Look into my Eyes shampoo for best results, or use luke warm water and a soft non-abrasive cloth.-Remove from face/head while applying perfume/cologne - hair spray or cologne to yourself...of any other product that contains alcohol.
Warranty Includes manufacturing defect only. These may include bad welding, loose hinges or broken/missing screws, nose pads or dented goods upon delivery. Wear and tear by user, at shop, at lab or do not apply. Issues such as temple bending and braking, bent or broken hinges due to frame mishandling, frame breakage during accident, pressure or fall do not apply.We invite you to see the video of ROMILU overly abused, to exemplify toughness and quality.
IMPORTANT
The strong and flexible structure of ROMILU frames is affected by ALCOHOL and ACETONE - brittleness will occur when in contact with these substances. Should this occur it is NOT a manufacturing deffect and will not be approved as a warranty claim.
To claim: send a picture including detailed written description of the issue at info@toclunettes.com / subject: WARRANTY. When your claim is approved, please make sure pieces are returned within 10 days after receiving the new one in order to be credited. -
IMPORTANT: This organic high-tech material makes for our frame's strong yet light and flexible nature. It will be compromised if Acetone or Alcohol are used on it - Like other fine natural materials, it has care indications. Brittleness will not be covered by manufacturers warranty, as it would be the result of mishandling/missuse of this fine product.

-May be washed with Luke warm water and dried with a sof non-abrasive cloth.
-Take off while applying perfume - hair spray or cologne to yourself...of any other product that contains alcohol.
It is strongly recommended to thoroughly wash your eyewear at LEAST once a week, wether it is a Look into my Eyes frame or any other brand's.
This will help to preserve material integrity, maintain your eyewear sanitary (not carry a Petri dish on your eyes) and avoid gunk and second skins on your frames and lenses due to skin-oils, dirt and various external elements that we face daily.
